Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same wok, add bell pepper, onion, broccoli, carrot, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Return beef to the wok. Add the sauce mixture and cornstarch slurry. Stir well until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
