  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 1 cup Cooked Jasmine Rice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 handful Green Onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked.
  4. 4. Add the cooked jasmine rice, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Stir well.
  5. 5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
