Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Beef Brisket
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, lime juice, and chili paste.
  3. Place the brisket in a roasting pan and pour the mixture over it.
  4. Cover the pan with foil and roast for 4 hours, or until the brisket is tender.
  5. Let the brisket rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
