Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs Beef Brisket
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Chili Paste
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, lime juice, and chili paste.
Place the brisket in a roasting pan and pour the mixture over it.
Cover the pan with foil and roast for 4 hours, or until the brisket is tender.
Let the brisket rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
