Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, red curry paste, egg, panko breadcrumbs, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until slightly crispy.
6. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
