Ingredients 

Burger Patties

  • 500 g Ground Chicken
  • 2 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 4 Burger Buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, red curry paste, egg, panko breadcrumbs, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Mix well.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until slightly crispy.
  6. 6. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
