Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Stir in red curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar.
  5. 5. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice or naan.
