Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Croutons
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and croutons.
  3. 3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and serve immediately.
