Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cashews unsalted
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced mixed colors
  • 1 cup Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4. Add the bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well.
  6. 6. Add the cashews and green onions, stir-fry for another minute.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
