Thai Cashew Chicken Stir Fry

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Cashews unsalted
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce low sodium
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced mixed colors
- 1 cup Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
4. Add the bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well.
6. Add the cashews and green onions, stir-fry for another minute.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
