Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Green Onions chopped
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes optional
1. Place cauliflower florets in a food processor and pulse until it resembles rice.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and mix in green onions, cilantro, and red chili flakes if using.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
