Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh fish fillets, diced Use a firm white fish like snapper or sea bass
  • 1 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced adjust to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced fish and lime juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the fish to 'cook' in the lime juice.
  2. 2. Add the red onion, cucumber, red chili, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. 3. Add the fish sauce and mix again. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
