Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast sliced
  • 300 g Broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
