Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with red chili flakes and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
