Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. 5. Sprinkle with red chili flakes and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
