- 8 pieces Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili flakes, and vegetable oil.
Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
Place the marinated drumsticks on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
