Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 large Mango, diced
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup Peanuts, chopped

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and peanuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
