Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
