Marinade
- 500 g Chicken breast cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil.
Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
