Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 500 g Chicken Breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Peanuts optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from wok and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add garlic, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. 4. Return chicken to the wok. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and lime juice. Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Add cooked rice noodles to the wok and toss to coat with sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and peanuts before serving.
