- 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Chili Paste
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, chili paste, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve hot with your choice of sides.
