Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Fresh crab cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Thai chili paste
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the Thai chili paste and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add the crab pieces and stir to coat them in the sauce. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
