Main Ingredients
- 200 g Noodles any type
- 3 tablespoon Thai chili oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat the Thai chili oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar to the pan. Stir well to combine.
4. Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce until well coated.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
