Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Thai Chili Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Thai Basil Leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until it starts to brown.
  4. Add the bell peppers and onions, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, Thai chili paste, and sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the Thai basil leaves. Serve hot.
