Thai Chive Dumpling Recipe

Dough
- 2 cups Rice flour
- 1 cup Tapioca starch
- 1.5 cups Boiling water
Filling
- 2 cups Chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Mix rice flour and tapioca starch in a bowl. Gradually add boiling water, stirring until a dough forms.
Knead the dough until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, mix chives, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, and salt for the filling.
Divide dough into small balls. Flatten each ball and place a spoonful of filling in the center. Fold and seal the edges.
Steam the dumplings for 10-15 minutes until translucent.
Optional: Pan-fry the steamed dumplings until golden brown on both sides.
