Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g chow mein noodles
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add bell pepper and carrot, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add cooked noodles, bean sprouts, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Toss well to combine.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Garnish with spring onions and cilantro before serving.
