Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add bell pepper and carrot, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add cooked noodles, bean sprouts, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Toss well to combine.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Garnish with spring onions and cilantro before serving.
