Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the red curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  4. Add the fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Stir well.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
