Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked jasmine rice and mix well.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir to combine.
  6. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
