Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the red curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Stir well.
  4. 4. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. 5. Stir in the chopped basil leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
