Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine corn, flour, baking powder, red curry paste, coconut milk, cilantro, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan, flattening slightly. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
