Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Thai red curry paste, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5. Serve hot with a side of dipping sauce or salad.
