Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Basil leaves

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the red curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in the coconut milk and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  4. 4. Add the fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add the crab meat and bell peppers. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the basil leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
