Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Crab meat
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the crab meat and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. Add the green onions, cilantro, and chili flakes. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
