Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 units Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, coconut milk, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs and vegetable oil, and continue to whisk until the batter is well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a bit of oil.
  4. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to spread it evenly.
  5. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite fillings or toppings.
