Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, coconut milk, sugar, and salt until smooth.
Add the eggs and vegetable oil, and continue to whisk until the batter is well combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a bit of oil.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to spread it evenly.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve warm with your favorite fillings or toppings.
