Ingredients

  • 1 whole Duck cleaned and patted dry
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, ground black pepper, minced garlic, and lime juice in a bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the duck, making sure to get it into all the crevices.
  4. Place the duck on a roasting rack in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
  5. Remove the duck from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
