Salad
- 200 g crispy noodles
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Dressing
- ¼ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crispy noodles, carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, shredded cabbage, and chopped cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
