Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the bean sprouts, shredded carrots, and green onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
