  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped

Instructions
