- 1 lb beef steak sirloin or ribeye
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
1. Marinate the steak with soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chili flakes, and minced garlic for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
3. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
4. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
5. Serve with chopped cilantro and a side of spicy dipping sauce.
