  • 6 Eggs hard-boiled
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, and fish sauce until smooth.
  3. 3. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and green onions.
