  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  2. 2. Gradually add the coconut milk and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove the donuts from the oil and drain on paper towels.
