- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Vegetable oil (for frying)
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Gradually add the coconut milk and mix until a smooth dough forms.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove the donuts from the oil and drain on paper towels.
