Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 handful Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the carrots and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce to the pan. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Add the bean sprouts and green onions. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove from heat and add lime juice and chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
