Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets White fish such as cod or tilapia
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Basil leaves fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add coconut milk and red curry paste. Stir well.
  4. 4. Add the fish fillets and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. 5. Add bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the fish sauce mixture and basil leaves. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
