Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets such as cod or tilapia
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the cabbage, carrots, and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and fish sauce.
  3. 3. Season fish with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook fish for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. 5. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  6. 6. Assemble tacos by placing fish in tortillas, topping with slaw and drizzling with sauce.
