- 4 Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and fry until golden brown.
Crack the eggs into the pan and fry until the edges are crispy.
Mix the fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar in a small bowl.
Pour the sauce mixture over the eggs and cook for another minute.
