Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 units Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots
  • 4 units Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 unit Lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until just set.
  4. Add the rice, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add the peas, carrots, and shrimp back to the wok. Stir-fry until everything is well mixed and heated through.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve with lime wedges.
