Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Firm Tofu cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine tofu, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add tofu to the pan and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove tofu from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  5. 5. Drizzle lime juice over the fried tofu and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
