Instructions
1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes (if using) to the wok. Stir well.
4. Add the soaked noodles to the wok and toss to coat them in the sauce. Cook for a few minutes until the noodles are tender.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
