Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef, thinly sliced
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Water
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir well.
5. Add water and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
