Ingredients

  • 2 cups Jasmine rice
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine with the garlic.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir to mix evenly.
  6. 6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
