Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the bell pepper and onion, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the sauce mixture and cook for another 2 minutes, until everything is well-coated and heated through.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with steamed rice.
