Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Basil leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar.
  6. Add the basil leaves and cook until wilted.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
