Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Fish preferably white fish
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add fish fillets, cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
