Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 stalks Green onions sliced
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss to combine with the garlic and ginger.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and lime juice, and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated.
  5. Add the bean sprouts and green onions, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro and red chili flakes, if using. Serve immediately.
