Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork tenderloin sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the pork slices and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
  5. Add the bell peppers and onions, cook until tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
